Korean Slow Cooked Special Dishes

Charm's new Slow Cooked Special Menu, Oyster Bossam and Beef Suyuk.

Charm restaurant presents Korean Premium slow-cooked special dishes.

Oyster Bossam and Beef Suyuk.

Beef Suyuk is a premium slow-boiled cooked beef, a famous traditional dish to go with alcohol in Korea. When boiling in water, the meat remains protein while the sodium and fat escape into the water, which makes the meat less oily and excellent light taste with a tender and soft texture.

Bossam is a popular dish in South Korea, often enjoyed with Korean alcohol soju. Pork boiled in spices and thinly sliced, the meat is served with side dishes and sauces.

The traditional way to have bossam is to wrap a piece of pork in cabbage with kimchi and fresh oysters. Enjoy the harmony of flavours in one bite. It is a perfect dish for dinner if you are craving soju.
